Maintenance contract with commercial facility

Eco Service Group won a contract under which the company will carry out facility management and technical operation services for one of the biggest outlet-centers in St. Petersburg.

The facility is a shopping centre with a total area of more than 30 000 sq.m., which includes shopping galleries, restaurants, a children’s play area as well as a parking for 2000 parking spaces.

Under the contract Eco Service will carry out a number of organizational and technical services in order to guarantee secure operation of the shopping centre.
